Product Description

Woven wire mesh or woven wire cloth, is woven by machine. It is similar to the process of weaving clothing, but it is made of wire. The mesh can be woven in different weave styles. Its purpose is to produce solid and reliable products to adapt to various complex application environments.High precision technology makes the production cost of woven wire mesh higher, but it also has a very wide range of uses.

The crimped wire mesh is woven by pre-crimped metal wires through the method of double crimp orlock crimp. The crimps are made at the points the shute and warp wires intersect which secures thewire, thereby stabilizing the wire cloth and preventing the wire from moving.Additional rigidity and strength can be obtained by adding crimps between the intersections, using anintermediate crimp. Crimped wire provides a more secure fit to the mesh, limiting movement of thespace cloth. This results in more accurate and consistent opening sizes within the mesh.

Filtration and Separation: The plain weave of stainless steel filter mesh enables high-precision filtration, with a maximum filtration accuracy of 400 mesh. Petrochemical: Filtration of oils, chemical liquids, and acid/alkali solutions. Water Treatment: Filtration of tap water, sewage, and swimming pool water. Food and Pharmaceutical: Filtration of beverages, syrups, pharmaceutical liquids, and powders. Air Filtration: dust removal and gas purification.
